What is KWD+®?
KWD+® is a kiwi extract standardized to ≥ 0.15% actinidin by SDS-Page and to ≥ 0.1% Aktinnamics® by HPLC.
Actinidin is a cysteine protease found in the kiwi fruit which breaks down proteins and facilitates the digestive process.
Aktinnamics® are a set of characteristic kiwi antioxidants, chiefly phenolic compounds that have shown anti-inflammatory properties in vitro and in vivo*.
How does it work?

KWD+® extraction technology allows us to increase the concentration of actinidin up to 5 times (compared to fresh kiwi)*

Consumption of kiwi fruit species has shown to provide several benefits for the organism. One of the main ones remains on its capacity to improve protein digestion, due to the presence of actinidin.
KWD+® extraction technology allows us to increase actinidin concentration up to 5 times, providing KWD+® with the highest activity at the lowest doses*.
