Pharmactive continues to expand Liboost®’s international presence through a new strategic partnership with Pnfarma, now the exclusive distributor of Liboost® for the pharmacy channel in Brazil.
The collaboration was officially introduced last week during Liboost®’s presentation in Brazil, where the ingredient received a highly positive reception from industry professionals and attendees, highlighting the growing interest in innovative natural solutions focused on sexual wellness and vitality.
Brazil represents one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving health and wellness markets in Latin America. Within this context, both Pharmactive and Pnfarma see a significant opportunity to address an often-overlooked category: sexual health.

According to Dayane Azevedo Rodriguez do Carmo, Head of R&D at Pnfarma, current scientific literature shows that sexual wellness challenges affect a substantial part of the Brazilian population.
“In Brazil, it is estimated that nearly 30% of men experience some type of sexual dysfunction. In women, sexual response results from a complex interaction between biological, psychological and relational factors. Epidemiological data indicate that approximately 46.2% of the Brazilian female population reports some degree of sexual dysfunction.”

The origins of the collaboration date back to Vitafoods Europe, where Liboost® was first presented to Pnfarma’s commercial director, Josiane Cozaro.
