Marketing Assistant.

Job Description


Assist the Marketing Manager in:

  • Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis of market trends.
  • Execute and develop all the Events & Exhibitions of the company being supported by the Head of Marketing.
  • Monitor competitor activity closely and develop counter strategy.
  • Execute marketing campaigns effectively to achieve the campaign objectives.
  • Support sales plans with the planned marketing activities for revenue growth.


  • 1-3 years experience in field marketing area.
  • English proficiency.
  • Based in Madrid.
  • Experience with social media.
  • Organised and efficient, able to develop and execute against a clear plan.
  • Event and trade fair organisation skills. (Prior experience in organizing social events, trade shows, or conferences is highly desirable).
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential for successful event execution.
  • Team player with ability to be a self-starter.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of a company that is constantly growing.
  • Ability to use marketing platform and tools (Power Point, Canva, WordPress, Brevo, Mailchip, Google Forms, Google Trends…).
  • Advanced IT skills, including using spreadsheets to analyse data and creative software to design visual content.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • The ability to analyse data and spot trends.
  • Adaptability.
  • Occasional travel to support events.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relative major.
  • High level of English language proficiency (C1-C2).
